Because the ingredients of the product are all natural, the temperature of the ointment will affect its softness and hardness. If it is too hard, you can gently blow it with a hair dryer for a few seconds to soften the product before using it.
For better protecting, moisturising and hydrating result, You can also use in combination with [Lavender Frankincense Hydrating Lotion]. The sequence is applying lotion and then soothing balm.
