📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your understanding and support. These guidelines help ensure smooth scheduling and fair access for all clients. 1. Advance Payment Because treatment room availability is limited, full payment is kindly required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that if cancellations is made within 24 hours before the appointment, £35 fee is applied for covering the room charge. 3. Rescheduling Refunds are not offered, but you are welcome to reschedule your appointment if you contact me 24 hours before your original booking, subject to availability. For any changes or rescheduling, please contact me via WhatsApp: 07463 486 798 or email: harmonyhealthacuherb@gmail.com. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the room fee of £35 per hour still applies. Please note that your session may need to be shortened if another client is booked after you, so that everyone can be seen on time. Thanks for your understanding!
