📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy 1. Advance Payment Required Due to limited treatment room availability, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. 3. No Refund Policy Refunds are not available. However, clients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the room fee of £80/hour still applies. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session if another booking follows, to avoid delays for other clients.
