Various services are available : Acupuncture, Gua Sha (Scrapping Therapy), Cupping, Auricular Acupuncture/ Ear Seeds, Paediatric Tuina (Child Massage), FIR lamp with Moxa Patch warming therapy, Herbal Consultation, Aromatherapy, Fertility Consultation, Postpartum Care Consultation, Health Support Consultation, Pain Management etc. Please indicate your problem and the service you prefer in the booking form and I will prepare the best treatment for you. Initial consultation with treatment is £95, follow-up session is £80. If you require herbal medicine, the £80 consultation and treatment package includes: • Consultation fee • 4 days of personalised herbal medicine • 1–2 days fast delivery charge For any additional days of herbs, the cost is £12 per day. For aromatherapy, the £80 consultation and treatment package includes: • Consultation fee • Custom products such as lotions, balms, or massage oils • 1–2 days fast delivery charge
Cancellation Policy
📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your understanding and support. These guidelines help ensure smooth scheduling and fair access for all clients. 1. Advance Payment Because treatment room availability is limited, full payment is kindly required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that if cancellations is made within 24 hours before the appointment, £35 fee is applied for covering the room charge. 3. Rescheduling Refunds are not offered, but you are welcome to reschedule your appointment if you contact me 24 hours before your original booking, subject to availability. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the room fee of £35 per hour still applies.
