I'm Fion, a Fertility Support Expert, Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist and Registered Nurse based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, with a special interest in fertility and women's health.

I provide professional, compassionate and highly individualised fertility acupuncture for people preparing for pregnancy, trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted reproductive treatment, including IVF and IUI.

I hold an Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture from Fertility Support Training by Naava Carman and am an Affiliate Fertility Acupuncturist and Herbalist with Hannah Pearn's Don't Tell Me To RELAX Fertility Acupuncture.

Your first appointment is more than an acupuncture session. It is an opportunity to explore your reproductive health in depth, discuss your concerns and develop an individualised approach to your fertility care.

We will review your medical and reproductive history, menstrual cycle, lifestyle and relevant fertility investigations. Where appropriate, I will also consider blood test results, ultrasound reports and cycle-tracking information.

Following your assessment, I will explain my findings from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective and discuss a tailored treatment plan, including acupuncture where appropriate.

When Should You Begin Fertility Acupuncture?

Some clients choose to begin fertility-focused care around three months before trying to conceive or starting assisted reproductive treatment. This provides time to review menstrual patterns, discuss lifestyle factors and establish an individualised care plan. However, you are welcome to begin at any stage of your fertility journey.

Treatment frequency and duration are discussed individually. There is no fixed programme that everyone must follow.
