4. Consultation and Treatment Fees

5. Herbal Medicine

Clients undergoing fertility treatment should continue appropriate medical supervision.
7. Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may require advance payment for future bookings

If a client arrives excessively late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled while the full appointment fee may still apply.

Consultation and treatment fees are generally non-refundable once services have been provided.
Herbal medicine products cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
