• Sang Ji Sheng (Mulberry Mistletoe) – 20g

• Lian Zi (Lotus Seed) – 20g

• Bai He (Lily Bulb) – 10g

• Hong Zao (Red Dates) – 20g

🥣 Cooking Method:

1. Soak lotus seeds and lily bulbs for 30 minutes, then drain.

2. Boil the eggs, remove shells, and set aside.

3. Place Sang Ji Sheng into a small herbal pouch (optional for easy straining).

4. In a pot, add all ingredients (except eggs and rock sugar) with about 1 liter of water.

5. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 20–30 minutes.

6. Add the hard-boiled eggs and rock sugar, simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Enjoy this tea as a midday nourishing soup or evening tonic. It’s especially beneficial from the third week postpartum or for regular health maintenance. Can be enjoyed 1–2 times per week based on individual constitution.
