Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 15g - Strengthens Spleen, dries Damp, supports digestion and Wei Qi
Fang Feng (Siler Root) 10g - Dispels Wind, protects exterior, stops sweating
Hong Zao (Red Dates) 15g - Tonifies Qi, nourishes Blood, harmonizes the formula

🥣 How to Cook:
1. Rinse all herbs briefly under cold water.
2. Add 1.5–2 litres of water and soak herbs for 20–30 minutes.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 40–60 minutes.
4. Optional: Add chicken or pork ribs for a nourishing immune-boosting soup.
5. Season lightly with salt if desired. Drink warm.
